Subscription can be effected through either Moneybookers or Paypal and the
subscription rate at this stage is £30 per month.

Subscribers are invited to send an e-mail to the address given below indicating
that payment instructions have been issued and whether they were issued to
Moneybookers or Paypal. This will ensure early commencement of the supply
of ratings.
